OK guys you gotta do better: CR2 from older one and two digit canons can be displayed in windows 10 but the newer ones like the 5D mark IV and the 6D II produce CR2 files that can no longer be displayed by windows 10. I do not have a solution to this issue but I found out the following.
Files can also not be viewed with windows photo. Can you guys view 6D Mark ii raw files straight out of Windows 10 without using any kind of third party software ? The raw cr2 files from the camera do not show as thumbnails in windows 10 file explorer.
